Spend time with our clients to truly understand all aspects of the role as well as the organization and its culture. We need to know your company well to represent it to others.

2. Review candidates we already know of.

Assess the fit, experience, qualifications of prospective candidates in our database.

3. Headhunt to see who else is out there

It is imperative that we search the market to find the top talent for you. This means that for every search we undertake, we will specifically headhunt in the market to find all candidate options for you.

4. Make a match so that you can fill your role

Once we find the shortlist of candidates, it's up to you to interview them. We will work with you through the process of setting up interviews, doing reference checks, offer and negotiation, and anything else.

We are brand representatives of your organization - we need to show the value of your brand to prospective candidates so it is imperative that we get to know your organization and its culture.

Storytelling

We tell candidates the story of your organization, the people, the culture, the growth strategy, the opportunities for advancement, and most importantly the reason why they should want to join your organization.

DESIGN

We make sure that candidates have all the relevant information from your firm, website, job posting, and benefits. We take everything that we learn of your organization and package that up for prospective candidates.

Consulting

We make sure that candidates and clients have all the time needed to answer any and all questions, and we happily act as intermediaries in this process as needed.
