We understand the importance that any successful business plays within the community in which it operates.

When our business succeeds, we make it a top priority to give back to the community that has allowed us this success.

Our 5% rule: For us, a minimum of 5% is what we give back of our net income to local community organizations.

We take pride in giving back to the community, a community that has allowed our company to thrive and succeed.
 
Our 5% rule means that 5% of our corporate net income gets donated to local non-profit organizations, and a few abroad NPOs.

We strive to support many great organizations

Here are a few examples:

  • Donation of school and office supplies to schools and NPOs

  • Financial support for organizations such as Manitoba Harvest with donations of food on a monthly basis

  • Financial support for employees wanting to participate with Habitat for Humanity build projects in developing countries

  • For staff who make donations to United Way greater than $200 - Westrow Recruiting Solutions will match the donations - and staff will get a free paid day off

  • Sponsoring gala fundraising events with either prize donations or purchasing seats or a table

  • Employee paid day off to volunteer

  • Encourage employees to lend their expertise to local boards of directors

  • Company sponsored blood drives

  • Participate in Winnipeg Harvest's "Grow a row" to provide free produce to those in need

Causes we support

For Clients, this means that we are always available to talk, either by phone, email, or in person. 

For Candidates, this means that you will always hear back from us. We won't leave you in limbo wondering about updates on a position you interviewed through us.
