To make sure we match the right candidate with the right job opportunity, we make sure to really get to know each of our candidates and clients really well. It starts off by thoroughly understanding everything about our candidates, their experience, and what they are looking for in a new opportunity so that we can match them with the right role, not just any role. If you are a candidate thinking about making a job change, remember that this is a big decision, and we are here to help you through the process and to provide you with strategic guidance and advise, so that you make the best decision for you and your family. It is never about Westrow Recruiting Solutions making placements – it is always about looking after our candidates' bests interests, and we will always keep that at the forefront of anything we do. For our clients, we work very hard to make sure we understand all aspects of your business and what you need for the vacant role, so that we can find you the right candidate, not just any candidate. Each role that we take on, we make sure to make it a top priority because we know time is money and that you likely wanted the role filled yesterday; for us it is essential that we devote as much time as possible on a time sensitive basis to ensure that find you great candidates within a short period of time. We will work with you to make sure that we deliver quality results within your timeframe. While you may be busy with your job responsibilities, helping you find the right talent is our job responsibility.

Not a full search - got an option

If you want some recruitment help but you don't want to work on a contingent basis, we have an alternate solution for you.

While our business model is focused on helping our clients with their recruitment efforts on a contingent basis, we partner with a local HR Consulting firm who can provide you with hourly contract Human Resources help for any recruitment effort. This HR Consulting firm can assist you with reviewing your job posting, reviewing applicants to your posting, pre-screening your applicants, creating a shortlist, participating in the interviews, conducting reference checks, and much more. This would be in a situation where your plan is to not utilize a traditional recruitment firm such as Westrow Recruiting Solutions, but instead you just want to have a bit of help with your individual search efforts. 

Perhaps your organization is too busy to do all the work internally or perhaps your organization has no HR department, but would still want to be very hands on in all aspects of the search process.
