Executive searches (retained searches)

Our team has the experience and expertise to help with both permanent placements as well as executive searches and retained searches. Examples of roles that our team could undertake at this level would be anything in the C-Suite as well as very specific and niche tough to fill roles.

This process is more involved and takes more time. We make sure that we follow a very rigorous and detailed process and timeline to meet our client's expectations. Such a search would typically take 6-12 weeks and tends to be a much more time intensive option. We effectively function as your direct hiring team, where we become very entrenched with the search and our joint participation and involvement in the search.
